Catch 22 for fatties?

There is a fine line between fasting and eating healthy.

Believe me when I say it, fasting helps you deal with a lot of problems but it doesn’t help with everything. In fact, I’ve spent so many hours and days fasting that I just know how cranky and moody I can become if I don’t eat properly. Worst part is, when I’ve been fasting for long enough, I don’t feel like I want food although I know that my stomach wants some.

Weird right?

And very frustrating.

I mean, who in their right mind chooses to abstain from food to such a degree that they don’t even want to have it when they finally get to?

It’s like removing one of life’s biggest joys.

Horrible.

Then again I was listening to some fattie who weighed a good 300 lbs or so with a 5’10 frame. Let’s just say he wasn’t in the best shape of his life. And he was doing everything he could to lose weight.

I don’t know how successful he was, but that’s another story. What I do know is, he regretted having run so much in his 20s because many of his joints, tendons and ligaments were torn apart. Also, running was what kept him slim in the first place. When he stopped running, he put on copious amounts of weight. And it wasn’t like he could revert back to running in the first place since that was already what had ruined a lot of his body.

Sort of a catch 22 really.

Anyway, let’s get to the point.

Dieting doesn’t need to be difficult. Just don’t gain too much weight and don’t indulge too much in foods you know are bad for you.

If you find it hard to lose fat, you could try BURN XT DIET PILLS, that can potentially help you lose all your excess weight you’ve gained, whether you used to run or not previously.
