….Or is it?
Well, it depends on how you look at it.
As I’m typing this, it’s Monday morning. The ‘worst’ day of the week. People don’t like this day. And I can fully understand them. It’s the beginning of a new week, they have to go to work, they can’t sleep in and they’re forced to go back to their routines of training and so on.
Now why do so many people dislike Monday mornings and that feeling?
Well, I don’t claim to know the answer but I do believe I know why.
It’s simply because they’ve BROKEN their regular habits on the weekend.
‘Saturday and Sunday mean I get to sleep in! I don’t have to work out! I don’t have to eat healthy! I don’t have to do anything I don’t feel like doing in the moment! I can sit inside, watch Netflix and eat ice cream instead!’
Why do people think like that?
It’s because they view their usual lives as some sort of a punishment.
They don’t really want to get up early in the morning and go to work.
They don’t really want to change clothing and start working out.
They don’t really want to stick to their diet because that pack of Oreos is so much more tempting than chicken, broccoili and quinoa.
And so on.
The solution to stop regarding this healthy way of living as punishment?
I don’t claim to have it.
But I know about something that would make it seem much easier, almost like a reward.
It’s called GENUIS MUSHROOM NOOTROPIC and you can find it here:
