How to take advantage of TIME

How to take advantage of TIME

So.

A couple of honest words, first and foremost.

I, like anyone else, know that life can be hard and tough sometimes. Yeah, you might attempt to do something which fails. Maybe you have to end up suffering the consequences for said failed venture. Perhaps it will seriously set you back.

So what?

You actually learn something in the process.

You think and reflect. You go back to what went through your mind when you made the erroneous assumption which made you select your poor choice. You wonder if you *could* have made a different choice, if you had the chance. And more importantly, you wonder what would have happened to your life, had you made a different choice. How completely different would your life have been? Would you have learned the same choice? Would you have appreciated time the same way?

The latter question there is key.

And that is precisely my reasoning for arguing that you need to make some mistakes and learn from them, quickly.

Some people call it ‘failing forward’ or whatever.

I do not like that phrasing. Failure to me is inaction. When I’m doing something and I’m getting an unsatisfactory result, that’s a different thing. I can go back and change that. But all the times I do not take action, all the times I’m cowering before fear, that is failure.

Laying in bed all day, fearful of leaving one’s bedroom is the ultimate way of failing if you ask me.

Anyway, I’m not hear to focus too much on failure, but rather to encourage you to take more risks and accept their consequences.

Yeah, maybe you’ll end up paying for them. Both physically and mentally. Perhaps even financially. Just don’t break the law. I’m not encouraging you to become a felon.

If you’re reading this and you’re smart, you understand what I mean.

Life is too short to play it on ‘safe’ mode.

After all, taking advantage of TIME and ENERGY is learning how things work and then take action to the best of your possibility.

This is really what I mean by TIME and ENERGY Protection [TEP].

If you want to learn more about how to utilize TEP to your personal advantage, you could always start with the basics.

I actually write a lot about this in a book which I’ll tell you a little bit more about in a second, but first I’d like to emphasize just how important getting these basics done, is.

You see, whenever you want to take best advantage of TIME and ENERGY, you need to take a hard look at the people around you. Some of them genuinely do not want what’s best for you. They want what’s best for themselves. And they have no qualms about getting it their way, even if it means imposing their ways on you.

I call these people Energy Vampires [EV’s].

I’m sure you’re familiar with the term, but do you really know who’s the EV in your circles?

Do you know how to identify and distance yourself from them?

If not, all good.

I wrote a whole book about doing TEP, and in that book I’ve dedicated a subtstantial amount of space to EV’s and how to deal with them.

Want the book?

Curb Your EV?

I was watching Curb Your Enthusiasm the other day.

Believe it or not, I actually started watching the old episodes from way back in the early 2000s. Before smartphones, before social media, before viral diseases were dangerous, before anything that pertains to this modern world seemingly existed. I have to say I find it quite hilarious. Not so much because of the humor, because I already know what’s going to happen in each episode. But more so because Larry David, who’s playing a fictional character of himself, is a master at stealing energy from other people.

Btw. I should probably say this as well:

If you haven’t watched the show, it is about the [fictional, or so I hope] life of Larry David, who was the creator of Seinfeld, which ran on American television during most of the 90’s. One of the best sitcoms in my opinion.

And now, after the show, Larry has moved on and lives in California with his friends and does various stuff.

Anyway, here’s what I’ve noticed about Larry David so far and how is an Energy Vampire [EV];

* He has an incessant need to let others know about his problems

* He doesn’t mind pointing out [his perceived] lack of social etiquette in other people

* He always gets into an argument with strangers about trifles and little things that really don’t matter

* He asks for favors from people but doesn’t necessarily return them.

* He doesn’t mind causing a scene in public as long as he gets it his way.

So on and so forth.

I could probably have written a list that was twice as long with a lot more ‘meat on the bones’ when it comes to describing Larry David’s way of behaving.

Actually, I have to admit to one mistake which I made earlier. I have previously said that Energy Vampires are fat. Almost exclusively without exception. Well, if I am to be true to that statement, it would appear like Larry David just proved me wrong, even though this is a fictional character.

But there is never a rule without exceptions, right?

Anyway, ‘nuff said.

If you have a Larry David in your life, or even worse, if *you* are a Larry David in someone’s life, it is time to sack up and do something about it.

One of the things that I do to deal with Energy Vampires is simply to smile, laugh and then just subtly excuse myself and walk away.

Life is too short to deal with such things. Especially allowing yourself to get entangled in their nasty battles.

You see, all the EV’s want at the core is a need to be right. They have to be right otherwise the world falls apart and the universe breaks.

Now, I’m not saying that you should always admit to things that weren’t your mistakes, but if you can stop arguing with them and make them feel right and *make them believe they really run the show*, you have come a long way.

One way to do that is to take advantage of my 28 page thick, FREE ebook which I’ll give to anyone who’s interested in learning more about this topic.

The Case For Going Urban

If you are indeed on the look for ways to be happier, here’s a lil’ something;

Look at the people around you.

Yesterday I did a video which partially pertained to this very topic. I just didn’t talk enough about how important having the right people around you is. I’ll elaborate a little bit more on this right here right now.

But first off, just think a little for yourself.

Would you rather have a lot of Energy Vampires [EV’s] around you instead of being alone?

Truth to be told, as much as I love people, being social and having the right sort of people around me, I’d much more prefer to be alone. Especially when the alternative is having people who suck the very life out of me, wanting to bring me down at the expense of their own happiness. I’ve had too many instances of people trying their best to take advantage of me, only ending up being miserable.

So, in other words, if I’m fishing in the wrong pool, I’d want to not get anything.

Now, that doesn’t mean I don’t want people around me.

In fact, I actually do.

Currently, without revealing any details, I live in a small town. For various reasons. One of them being proximity to scuba diving, nature and overall the beautiful landscape.

But there are just too few people here worth spending my time on.

A lot of Energy Vampires. A lot of takes. Not so much Energy Enablers [EE’s].

There *is* a major difference in the way people behave and act depending on where they live. Perhaps things are different depending on which country you are living in, but my experience is that the bigger the city, the more people there are and the more EE’s you are likely to find.

It’s just the laws of the nature.

Of course everybody’s different.

These are but my observations.

Anyway, feel free to do with this information as you please.

I surely know that the future really lies in moving to where the majority of people are and live.

Or wandering around as a complete loner.

Which is not good, either.

I guess what I’m trying to say is, whilst it doesn’t hurt living in small towns for a limited period of time, it isn’t where you should base your stay. Not if you’re hungry and you’re trying your best to build yourself up. Simply because of the people around you. Yes, other people around you are that important. You cannot do everything on your own.

Anyway, point taken, yes?

Either way, I am happy to show you something else.

Namely, I book I wrote about this very topic.

How to save Time and Energy.

Especially by finding the right sort of people and being around them. Lifting them up and allowing them to do the same with you. Creating a stream of constant, Endless Energy.

Sounds good, right?

Well, you can do the same thing.

All y’gotta do is make other people smile and laugh. Tell jokes. Look at the positive side of things.

That’s just *one* of many tricks which I teach people in my book.

The rich man’s real problem

If there is one thing I personally dislike, it is having gaps of vacant time in my life.

As in, I have planned out my day exactly to the core in my mind, only to find out that I execute on all my tasks way faster than I actually thought. So now I have nothing else to do but to find new tasks to do. You’d think I’d be happy since I got that extra time. And don’t get me wrong, I am deep down happy for having it, but it is still annoying, because it totally messes up my plans.

Perhaps it is an inherent flaw in my mind.

As in, I do not appreciate the extra time I got.

Well, I actually do.

It is just that I have to plan my day again, and dedicate time to finding out tasks to fill my day with.

Perhaps you’d call it a luxury problem. I don’t really know. I’m coming off the heels of a mandatory event which I for various reasons won’t go into any further details on. But let’s just say my Time was *really* cut short and my abilities to execute on my tasks were really tested. Picture yourself having to work on your phone, whilst sprinting from one building to another building having to do something completely different. Oh, and all of a sudden your mandatory tasks could be reversed in an instant.

Yeah, that’s what I had to deal with over the course of the last few days.

I guess one could say I *really* learned how to bend Time to my Will.

Now it feels like I have too much of it.

Yeah, that’s *really* a luxury problem.

Anyway, let’s get back on track with the relevant topic.

I just illustrated for you how you could treat Time if you must.

Like your most appreciated asset. Like the thing that you shouldn’t give away freely. Because, unlike business and money which can be scaled into infinity, you cannot do the same with time.

You cannot outsource time.

You cannot find new, creative ways to make more of it.

You cannot build other streams of time.

Imagine that! Being able to build more pipelines, feeding you time. Wouldn’t you have been lucky to be in such a position? I surely would!

There is a reason why the rich and successful outsource and delegate important tasks to people they know, trust and like.

They just want to save time.

So if you can help a rich person save time…

…I don’t need to tell you the rest, do I?

That’s where *a lot* of money is made.

You see, rich people are very much into Time and Energy Protection [TEP].

And if you’d like to learn more about TEP, about how you can protect your Time and Energy, especially by avoiding the Energy Vampires [EV’s] of the world, I know the perfect thing for you.

Yes, I am talking about my 28-page thick book which is loaded with ways to avoid them.

You know, the people who steal your time, who cannot let you go, who always bring you down to their lower than lowest level and who make you engage in a pissing match you really didn’t ask for.

If you’re tired of that and you’d like to learn a little bit more about Energy, then all I can do is tell you my book is for FREE.

See you on the other side.

The goggle eyed ‘trick’ I didn’t tell you about…

There is always a need for more TIME in your life.

What I mean by that is that most of the activities you have scheduled will end up eating way more of your TIME than you expected them to do. On most days when I get up early in the morning I am surprised to see just how fast time moves when I am doing my stuff. I always end up overplanning. Meaning, I have all of these great ideas that I plan on executing in the morning, but I end up doing maybe 75% of them. Or perhaps less. This is *despite* planning to not be able to achieve all that I want to achieve.

As in, I know I won’t be able to cross off all the activities on my list.

But it is still better than doing nothing.

Because when I plan on doing more stuff than what I know is possible, I force myself to work faster.

But *still* time is outpacing me.

I must work faster.

I must work more efficient.

I must work harder.

However, I refuse to let my health get in the way.

As in, I always block out time for sleep, for eating meals, for training, for doing all the things that I know will increase my health and longevity.

One of my latest investments in that regard was a pair of new glasses.

I talked a little bit about them in a video I released a couple of days ago. And it’s interesting to think about how most people have a tendency to not care about their eye health. All the dangerous radiation from the sun. Even when it is cloudy outside. Those beams from the sun are *still* piercing through the layer in the sky and can potentially cause visual damage.

Yeah, I’m using a little scare tactics here, but please hear me out;

It is *vital* that you actually take care of your eyes if you can.

In my situation, I do not only take care of my eyes, but I also implement a new style which fits to my persona as I am gradually changing the way I dress, act and look in general.

You can do the same.

And, these glasses are in so many ways the perfect example of mixing Time and Energy Protection [TEP] with a longterm investment which will pay off massive dividends in years to come.

Yeah, the price tag was significant and the cost was high.

But, that’s what it’s worth in my opinion.

And also, it makes my life a lot more convenient.

I am able to work much more efficient and much more harder than most people.

Simply because I pay money to invest in TIME and ENERGY through a physical product.

And here’s where your homework kicks in;

Find a physical product which saves you TIME and ENERGY and then invest a significant amount of money into it. I do not care what it is. Could be a new phone. New gadget. New car. New clothing garment. New pair of shoes. Whatever floats your boat, but that lets you conduct proper TEP. Regard money for what it is, and really invest *in yourself* first and foremost.

Now, with that being said,

I also have another offer I hardly think you could resist.

It comes in the shape of an e-book, 28 pages thick. Where I deep dive into all sorts of tips and tricks you for you to up your TIME and ENERGY. Whether that means making someone else’s day better, working on your health, taking more risks in your life, dealing with Energy Vampires [EV’s] and much, much more…

…and perhaps, the best thing is, the book is totally FREE!

That’s right!

100% FREE!

Will I see you on the other side?

A lil’ something on PURPOSE

I can see it in their eyes.

The people who aren’t fulfilled. The people who aren’t coasting in life. They have no soul. They have no purpose of living. All they do is walk to and fro work, looking forward to the weekend when they’re able to play more video games, drink more beer and sleep in. I’m not saying everyone [like me, for the most part] have to get up at 4:00 AM. I just enjoy being able to get up in the morning and start the day early, when everyone else is sleeping. I consider it a privilege to be able to do so.

But more than anything I have PURPOSE in my life.

I’d like to talk a little bit about that.

Because my Purpose in life is really what drives me forward.

It is what makes me sit down and work hard on my computer and my phone every day. What makes me use those devices as tools, not as toys. What makes me invest a lot of money in myself, first and foremost. What separates my lifestyle from most other people. What gives me real *joy* in the moment.

I see other people and they simply do not have that drive in them.

All those little things that make people happy like good food, drinking beer, sleeping in and all the other things is what drive these people forward.

This is a major mistake in my opinion.

Now, don’t get me wrong. I like to indulge in my vices every now and then. In fact, I oftentimes make up reasons for why I should deserve buying an ice cream, watching an episode of a TV show or eat some junk food. After all, life *is* really short, and you need to enjoy it for what it is worth. Not having something to look forward to makes for a poor life. Imagine having no fun, at all, in life.

However, unlike these other people with no drive, I actually have drive because it is all about the work that I do in between.

Yeah, that burger and the fries taste real good.

But only because I wrote that many emails, promoted myself on such and such social media, trained for nearly every day in the gym and overall ate healthy.

I have to do something to earn that reward.

Basic delayed gratification experience. Too many people miss out on that. And because I practice this way of living, the reward becomes way more fulfilling.

That gives me more ENERGY and motivation and is such a wise usage of my TIME.

Most people skip out on that step. They reward themselves all the time. Hence, a poor, soulless and superficial life. There is no struggle behind. Other than making the walk to the grocery store. In fact, and this is something closely related to the whole delayed gratification philosophy, is something AB Dada or Adam Brian Dada [I believe that is his YouTube Channel] talks about in one of his videos. The simple concept is: I want tacos. So I need to either *take my bike* or even *walk* to the nearest taco place. I cannot take my car. Or even the bus. By the time I get to the place, having tacos is not so high on my list. Because I had to put in so much work to get there. And, since I walked to the place, I also have to walk back home. Do not forget that trip as well.

Now, these are extreme examples, but you get the jist of it.

In regards to AB Dada, there were some other points about rewards and living one’s life that I’ve forgotten, but the example with the Taco place was one that stuck with me.

In particular since it reminds you about the good ole’ adage which I’m butchering and/or paraphrasing;

‘Work before play’ or some such.

Anyway, now that I’ve beaten that horse to death…

…you understand where I am coming from.

And you also understand that if you have a purpose in life, all which you consider ‘work’ is really you taking small steps towards your ultimate goal. Making more money online, getting more girls, signing off on more business deals and what not.

As an added bonus you actually get to indulge in these vices when you are getting closer to your real goals.

Great way of living life and channelling that extra ENERGY, right?

And a most wise usage of your TIME.

This is really what I mean by Time and Energy Protection [TEP].

And in order to learn more about TEP, you may find my FREE ebook interesting.

The book contains no less than 28 pages of tips, tricks and information which I have used myself to become an ‘electrifying persona’ according to some of those who have met me in real life.

And yes, I have used my electrifying persona to get paid.

Believe you me.

Anyway, I’m not going to go on a brag fest about what I have done.

Instead I’ll share with you the following;

Is this how to save YEARS of your life?

One of the things I like doing the least is wasting my time.

Therefore, I make time work *for me*. Here are some very basic, rudimentary, but still efficient examples:

* I make sure to block out 8 hours of dedicated sleep/rest time to fuel my body.

* I take one whole day off training once a week, depending on my schedule, to allow for muscle regrowth.

* I always go somewhere with intent and look for reasons to chat up strangers I find interesting.

* I take jobs which I *actually* have some passion and interest for, making it appear like I am [because I’m not faking it] really into my occupation.

* The food and the beverages I usually put in my mouth are meant for re-fuelling my body, not so much for pleasure.

A little remark on that latest point.

Whilst I indeed look for reasons and opportunities to eat good food and treat myself to sweets, junk food, culinary experiences and so on, just because food is all that important, that still means I usually eat healthy foods.

Except, I eat healthy foods which I like.

As an example, I’m not very much into fish and salads. That’s really not for me. Not vegetables in general, although I do include them as part of my dietary regimen. Instead I make it very simple; eggs, white rice and [ground] beef. That’s it. Nothing more fancy than that.

Guess what?

This basic approach saves me *a lot of* time which I otherwise would have wasted on frivolous nonsense, such as determining what to buy, what’s for dinner today and so on.

Instead, I save time because I already know what’s on my plate.

And if you extrapolate that past just food.

I always know ‘what’s on my plate’, because there is always an inherent and specific reason why I go all these different places. I do never aimlessly walk around, wondering ‘What the Hell am I doing here anyway?’. I just don’t. If for some reason one of my plans are falling short, it doesn’t really matter, because I always have some back up plans.

Now, as you’re reading this, ask yourself the following question;

‘Do I have any back up plans myself’?

If you do not, I strongly would advise you to block out some time and always construct and craft a back up plan if something goes sideways.

Worst case, you end up doing an activity which might not be fun, but it’s still a productive usage of your time.

Do you understand just how important this is?

Over the course of a lifespan I bet you could save *years* of your own time just by structuring your days a little different, with a meaning and a goal.

Try it and see how it works for you.

And that’s all for today when it comes to Time and Energy Protection [TEP].

Actually, hold your horses there a wee bit, capt’n.

I might have more up in the sleeves for you. Especially about the other component that I talk about a lot. I have just talked a little bit about time and how to most efficiently use it to your advantage.

But one thing that people forget is your ENERGY levels and just how important they are as well for your own well-being.

Especially when you go somewhere and you do your best to make an impression on someone.

You see, other people like people who are able to smile and make them feel good. Whether you like it or not. And if you do not have that ability in you, well then you are going to struggle.

So make sure that wherever you go, you make sure to light other people up and make them feel good. Actually focus on happiness.

Yeah, it sounds a lil’ silly, but it is what works for your nilly [have no idea what that means, it just sounded cool to say].

Anyway, if you’d like to know even more about TIME and ENERGY as well as how to protect these two valuable assets, then I have a suggestion;

Read my FREE book which you’ll get when you click this link and follow instructions; www.aaryningen.com

That’s it and see you on the other side.

How to easily violate your TEP

There are a lot of wise ways to use your time.

And sometimes it helps to reflect a little on what *NOT* to do with it.

I remember a while ago whilst I was in the workforce. Me and a colleague were talking about how to structure our days and how to make the most out of our time. I specifically remember him telling me how he missed being able to ‘sleep in’ and how he never could seem to do that again now that he’d passed a certain age. At that time I’d recently gotten into a good roll and was so happy and proud of myself that I managed to stick to my routine of getting up at around 4:00 AM or so.

But something inside me urged me to actually listen to this guy and, even worse, take his advice.

So for the two next days I slept in.

Can you believe it?

Yes, I actually slept in. Like in laying in my bed well past 7:00 AM thereby losing invaluable amounts of time. Now my whole schedule was pretty much messed up. And I had little else to do but blaming myself for it.

Now, it wasn’t the end of the world really, but to me personally I just found it annoying to actually listen to and take someone’s advice to whom I didn’t look up to in the first place. Now, he wasn’t a ‘bad guy’ or anything like that. But he surely hadn’t accomplished what *I* set out to do in life, which surely was well beyond his life goals.

Once again, that didn’t make him a bad guy.

It just made him the *wrong* guy.

At the very least for me.

Anyway, y’all seem to perfectly understand what I’m about here.

Take advice from those who are on the same path as you, who are doing things differently than what you are doing. You are perfectly able to do so, if you let go of your pride and actually humble yourself.

Oftentimes that means doing the basic, rudimentary stuff.

Which actually seems to work.

Anyway, I’ll get right to it;

If you want to learn more about Time and Energy Protection [TEP], then you better keep on reading.

Because there is a certain book I have in mind.

One that I have written myself.

It teaches you how to elevate your Energy Levels into something you never thought would be possible.

How to make the best usage of your time.

And how to *combine* those forces.

If you so dare.

Reminder about P4

There are several ways to generate Energy from naught.

One of them being simply deciding to do so.

Yes, I know this is probably counter to pretty much everything you have learned in school and elsewhere. Something about Energy only being able to take other forms and this and that. Now, since I am a civil engineer by background myself, I take a scientific and rudimentary approach to pretty much everything…

…perhaps with the slight exception being Energy.

Other people might call it life force, aura, charisma, influence, persuasion or whatever word you’d like to use.

I do not care.

I simply call it Energy.

The will to convey a message. The way you deliver information to someone else. The discipline to keep on working hard and getting closer to your goals.

That’s why I after a while discovered the so-called P4 formula.

Passion 1x * Persistence 2x * Power 3x * Purpose 4x = 24X ENERGY

It cannot be explained in simpler terms than that.

Everything stacks upon each other.

But you have to start somewhere.

Because if you do not have one of these in place, things won’t work as efficiently. Especially when it comes to the output of your Energy. I myself could hardly walk around and promote different sorts of political parties. Left or right, it doesn’t matter. Yes I lean more to the right overall, but that doesn’t matter really. I’m just not engaged and interested in this sort of stuff. So if I were to pretend I was interested and passionate about something which I am really not, I’d just come across as…

…fake.

Which so many people do.

Especially the ones parroting other people to whom they look up. Influencers, celebrities all have their watered down versions on social media.

It just ruins everything for everyone.

Do not be like that.

You know better and you can do better.

Start out with *your* preferred passion and go from there.

That’s where *real* Energy stems from.

And should you require more information, I have a suggestion on where to go look.

You see, I have devised and crafted a book about this very topic. About how to generate Energy from naught and also how to retain it. There’s a little segment [perhaps not so little after all] inside the book about how to save time. How to avoid people who drain your Energy. How to be the most energetic version of yourself. And lots more.

Dating and business BS filters more people should apply

I always employ what I call my own PA.

It’s not a human. It’s more of a sixth sense. As in, I have trained myself to detect nonsense and ménagerie from afar. This stems from years of testing and trying. And, all the more important, I do it being 100% unique. This is not something I ‘pretend’ to do. I actually go through with what I preach.

I’ll give you an example as it relates to dating and girls.

I believe I first picked up on this from the great Ben Settle

Anyway, here goes;

Me and this girl were going to see each other. I’d arranged for us to meet at a place I was going regardless. Meaning, I didn’t care if she didn’t show up or not, because my plans were already made. So I texted her and expected a reply [she’d been replying eagerly up until this stage].

However this time, it was different.

Now that she had to actually follow through with her commitment, I didn’t hear back from her.

So I went to the place, had a great time and didn’t expect her to show up.

And, of course she didn’t.

Deafening silence for the next days.

Then all of sudden she sent me some short reels of her and what appeared to be her friends partying. She kept on sending various other reels and shorts throughout the following days. Looked like she sort of wanted to get back in the race.

So I asked her if she still wanted to meet.

And she said yes.

So I told her once again to meet at a certain place at a certain time.

Only this time…I didn’t show up. I wanted to see if she *actually* meant what she said. As it turned out, I didn’t get any text from her the day of our so-called ‘schduled’ meeting and I really do not know what happened next. What I *do* know is that I didn’t show up. And with her not texting me at all, I’d assume she didn’t even bother going herself in the first place.

Which tells you pretty much everything you need to know about such people.

The definition of an Energy Vampire [EV’s].

Not following through with their promises.

Now, this is a simple example from the dating world.

But what about if you run a company and you have business partner who is critical for your success and said person starts not delivering on their promises? What happens to your customers? Your reputation? Your revenue?

I’m sure you’re seeing where I’m going with this.

And you probably already understand what sort of ‘PA’ I have been referring to all this time.

And if you don’t, I’ll spell it out for you; make plans centered around *your* needs and wants, not the needs and the wants of others. If they show up, they show up. If not, they don’t and that’s pretty much everything you need to know. Especially if they don’t let you know in advance.

Now, if you’re trying to get someone’s business or a deal, it’s a different thing. Now you have to show up to them and make *your* plans centered around their needs and wants. But you already understood that, right?

Of course you did.

Anyway, if you find yourself struggling with EV’s sucking up your valuable time and you do not know what to do about it…

…I may or may not have got something sweet in the store for you. Something you’d appreciate a lot and that you no doubt can learn from a lot.

And the best thing of all is that it is 100% FREE!

So what’s this thing?

Oh well, nothing special, just a 28 page jam packed with secrets, tips and tricks book that I wrote *specifically* for weeding out the time sucks of your life.
