There are a lot of wise ways to use your time.
And sometimes it helps to reflect a little on what *NOT* to do with it.
I remember a while ago whilst I was in the workforce. Me and a colleague were talking about how to structure our days and how to make the most out of our time. I specifically remember him telling me how he missed being able to ‘sleep in’ and how he never could seem to do that again now that he’d passed a certain age. At that time I’d recently gotten into a good roll and was so happy and proud of myself that I managed to stick to my routine of getting up at around 4:00 AM or so.
But something inside me urged me to actually listen to this guy and, even worse, take his advice.
So for the two next days I slept in.
Can you believe it?
Yes, I actually slept in. Like in laying in my bed well past 7:00 AM thereby losing invaluable amounts of time. Now my whole schedule was pretty much messed up. And I had little else to do but blaming myself for it.
Now, it wasn’t the end of the world really, but to me personally I just found it annoying to actually listen to and take someone’s advice to whom I didn’t look up to in the first place. Now, he wasn’t a ‘bad guy’ or anything like that. But he surely hadn’t accomplished what *I* set out to do in life, which surely was well beyond his life goals.
Once again, that didn’t make him a bad guy.
It just made him the *wrong* guy.
At the very least for me.
Anyway, y’all seem to perfectly understand what I’m about here.
Take advice from those who are on the same path as you, who are doing things differently than what you are doing. You are perfectly able to do so, if you let go of your pride and actually humble yourself.
Oftentimes that means doing the basic, rudimentary stuff.
Which actually seems to work.
Anyway, I’ll get right to it;
If you want to learn more about Time and Energy Protection [TEP], then you better keep on reading.
Because there is a certain book I have in mind.
One that I have written myself.
It teaches you how to elevate your Energy Levels into something you never thought would be possible.
How to make the best usage of your time.
And how to *combine* those forces.
If you so dare.
