Maybe I should label this zinger with a warning.
It contains strong language. As in profanity and swearing. Hell, let’s throw in some politics here as well. Doesn’t hurt from time to time.
So buckle up and let’s get ready to go. I was reading through the national guidelines for food the other day.
I knew it was bad, but I didn’t think it was that bad. People are being encouraged to actually reduce their intake of red meat and butter. Meanwhile, you are supposed to, and I kid you not, *increase the intake* of seed oils and vegetables. It doesn’t say explicitly, but I’d be shocked if they also didn’t recommend you stopped eating meat altogether. The guide said something about ‘choosing’ lean meats over red meats. The guide fails to mention whether one should increase or decrease one’s intake of meat altogether. Meanwhile, the emphasis is on ‘at least 5 servings of vegetables and fruits a day’ and ‘Fish for dinner 2-3 times a week.’
Notice how these clever fucks actually mention the foods they *want* you to eat using numbers.
Anyone with half a monkey’s brain knows this is a classic method of manipulation.
The food industry benefits from you eating foods it profits from.
Meat is healthy for your body, yet expensive to produce. I think. Otherwise the food fanatics would have encouraged it. Also, everything has to be ‘sustainable’ these days. So, you can’t give food advice without taking into consideration the effects it has on nature.
If these [probable] liberal left wing lunatics had an ounce of good will they would have seen what good and healthy foods does to a person.
I’ll give you an example.
I’m 5’11 and currently walk around at around 180 or lbs. Perhaps a little more or a little less. It all depends. Weight fluctuates, you know.
But it wasn’t always like this. Far from it, in fact. Back in good ole’ 2016 I clocked in at around 255 lbs! I was a massive, fat fuck and was constantly sweating! You know when you get these stains of sweat on your back and in your arm pits, right? And they smell? Well, that’s how gross a ball of lard I was. And I thought I was healthy.
Then I decided to do something about it. In plain and simple terms, here is pretty much what I did:
* I started going on an all-carnivore or eggs and steak diet. Literally eggs and steak/meat was all I ate. Plus lots of water.
* I started intermittent fasting. Didn’t consume any calories before noon. And none after 8 PM.
* I pretty much stopped eating vegetables and fruit.
* I religiously started cooking the meat and eggs in good ole’ butter.
* I had one ‘Cheat day’ every weekend where I could indulge in all the forbidden foods I was otherwise barred from eating.
And so what happened?
Well, not only did I take off a lot of fat, I believe I lost 50-60 lbs over the course of a year or so! Not only that, but my energy levels went through the roof, I was no longer struggling with the nasty sweat stains, and as an added bonus [or disadvantage], my old clothes didn’t fit me anymore!
So there you have it!
I am proof that one can go from being a lardy sweatbucket to being healthy, fit and strong.
Now, I’m happy to admit not everything went according to plan. Yes, I lost a lot of fat, but I unfortunately also lost a lot of muscle. I wouldn’t have done it this way if I were to, God forbid, get in the same situation again. But overall I benefitted more from losing both fat and muscle than I would have, if I’d retained my lard. So overall it was a success. And keep in mind, I was poor and broke at the time and couldn’t afford to pay a coach or dietician to guide me in the proper way.
So, where am I going with all this?
I’ll tell you.
You know how I keep hammering home the notion about not getting upset with all the nonsense around you? Do not fall into the think patterns of the news media. Do not get enraged over something you disagree with, right?
Well, didn’t I just prove to you that someone who used to be fat and is in shape now, can pretty much *defy* what is being taught and preached?
You see, I just so happened to live, and I still do, with the attitude which is doing the opposite of what everyone else is doing. In many ways, this is my recipe for success. Whether it is getting in shape, making money, building and crafting my career and so on. Whatever the mainstream notion is, I flip it on its head and go from there.
Call it my Secret for success if you’d like.
And with that being said, use my example and a lot of other examples you probably know from your own life, as reasons of *not* giving the Time Thieves and Energy Vampires any attention. Even the journalists who write this crap do not believe in it. And if they do, their editors and owners of the newspapers surely do not give a shyte.
Don’t you see?
I’m sure you do.
And I’ll leave it there.
My coaching calls for eliminating time thieves and energy vampires are available upon request. Starting at $500 a pop.
