I’m soon about to do something that I really do not feel like doing.
And that is going to the gym. Especially on this day. I’m telling you, you could make me do so much more that I’d not ‘feel like doing’ in the moment, and I’d done that instead. But, I am going to the gym to train. Even though it’s Sunday and I ‘should’ be taking this day off to relax and so on.
But, do you know what?
I just ‘relaxed’ whilst I was sleeping this night.
Think about this.
This is very, very important. So few people even bother talking about it, much less addressing it. And that is, if I sleep 8 hours or so every night, then yes, I ‘sleep away’ one third of my life and so on. But, I am fully rested, which means that all my reasons for having ‘an off day’ vanish out the window. Simply because I am so loaded with Energy, ready to attack the day and begin a new. There is something special about putting in the work when others do not feel like doing it.
Yesterday I was shooting a video although I didn’t feel like doing it. I was writing tweets. I was uploading IG stories. All because I had to, and because I had the choice to.
I am the living embodiment of Energy and I, as such, put a boundary just on how much nonsense I can tolerate from other people.
And, one way of doing that, believe it or not, is by actually showing the EVs, who, all they want is steal your precious time, Energy and Power that ‘Hey, I am actually over here working. ‘Tis is how we run things around here!’
Really.
I am not jesting about this.
I scare awaw the EVs with my Energy output alone.
They see me, they see the work that I put in, and they understand that there is no way I will budge and listen to their silly nonsense. This is just one of many tricks to defeat the nasty EV’s, and I am happy to teach you more about that in depth.
