So, I’d like to talk about ENERGY DISTRIBUTION.
And, lest you’re into Qi, Esoteric Beliefs and a lot of that fancy sounding New Age Woo Woo stuff, do not worry. ‘Cause I ain’t gonna make it more difficult and complex than what it sounds like. I’m actually going to approach this topic from a down to Earth view.
In fact it’s so down to Earth it is almost laughably basic.
You ready?
Alright, let’s go.
Previously, until about a week ago I would often train twice a day. I’d go to the gym in the morning, then in the evening.
My life was pretty much, during certain days, all about training.
I didn’t really have time for anything else but training, eating, sleeping and doing work. It was actually quite a monotonous life. But still a way that gave me a lot of Great insights.
Now, there were some ‘problems’ still.
And those were, pretty much the fact that on certain days, I wouldn’t be training at all. Because, I had already Trained twice the other day so there was no reason to go to the gym and do the same workout over again.
‘Oh, but you could have Trained something else!’
Yeah, I could have, if my life was all about training. If that’s where I’d prefer that all my Energy went. But, I wanted to spread and distribute my Energy elsewhere. To other departments of life. And also, to fully maximize my way of training by not completely wearing my body down one day and then relaxing the other. I don’t have to be a personal trainer to know that’s not ideal for you.
So, this way of spreading energy, can you use it in other ways?
Oh, Yeah. Like for instance when dealing with EV’s, who, all they want to do is to suck your life blood out of you and make you feel bad. And, carefully balancing out the delivery of your words, the tone you use, your voice, and much, much more…
