How EV’s prey on fear

IMPORTANT: For explanation of EE’s and EV’s, see the bottom of this article.

I have tasted the feeling of fear many times before.

Nearly every single time, that feeling of fear has been exaggerated. That doesn’t mean bad things haven’t happened, though. It just means they weren’t as bad as what I thought they were. And not only that. The consequences weren’t that big of a deal, either.

Believe it or not, and I cannot Believe I am telling you this;

It was the other person’s reaction that I feared.

How they would raise their voice. What threats they’d use and the words they’d speak. How they would deliver the message.

And not so much the message itself.

If we dive deeper, I wasn’t necessarily concerned with the what as much as the Why and How. ‘Why would he say this?’ ‘How will he deliver these words?’ And so on. If you think about it, this goes back to body language and nonverbal communication. The cues, the voice, the tone, facial expression, eyes and looks and so on. I could write a whole book about this, about the various encounters I’ve had, the experiences I’ve had to go through and so on.

But that’s not why I’m here. If you want to learn body language, my best tip is ‘What Every Body Is Saying’ by Joe Navarro.

I think that’s his name.

That’s where I learned the majority of my body language Lessons. Coupled with experience, of course.

Anyway, let’s get to the jist of today’s article. And that is how EV’s are masters at using body language and psychological tricks to get it their way. Deliberately raising their voices, saying words and things they half mean and doing their every bit of bringing you down. Making you feel inferior to them.

There are several ways to deal with them.

And I go through multiple ways that you can use.

But just so you know, plenty of these ways Might seem obvious to you, you could easily have ‘Googled’ them and perhaps you already are implementing them.

But are you really using them with intent?

Are you plotting a plan to deal with the EV in your lives?

If not, then good luck. I may or may not be able to help you.

It all depends on your willingness to work.

Anyway, I’m done pitching my offers.
