Here’s a different way to think about Energy delivery.

And no, this ain’t meant to be a ‘pick up’ or ‘dating guide’, although you probably could use some of the principles in such an environment as Well.

It is mostly to lift the Energy in your exchanges.

Which could (and should be) a universal trait.

Alright, enough chit chat.

Here’s the meat;

If there was ever something I’d wanted to say, it would have been how to turn most conversations into more interesting ones.

Let’s get a Couple of things out of the way first. I am by no means the funniest or most entertaining bloke there is out there. In fact I Might be a little laidback. I prefer using humor as a sniper and carefully and deliberately deliver amusing statements rather than making absolutely every sentence I produce, a funny one. So, no clownery from me, here.

But it is indeed wise to apply some humor to your interactions. 

Some light jokes is oftentimes all you need. Nothing fancy. 

Also, what I like to do is to use ‘the funny twist.’ In short it means taking an otherwise bland situation and make it into a funnier one. Note I said funniER. Not necessarily hilarious.

Could be as simple as making up some hypothetical instance about a situation, or tell a story about something You experienced once.

Again, nothing big.

People just look for reasons to laugh. 

Let’s say you’re waiting for your luggage to arrive by the conveyor belt and it’s dragging out. 

You simply say to someone; ‘Well, do you think we’ll have to file an application with the AirPort authorities to get our luggage back?’ 

Or, ‘I hope you didn’t pack your most expensive jewellry. Those rampers aren’t paid Well!’ 

No drastic or menacing jokes. Bonus points if the delivery is there, along with a proper facial expression and the right tone in your voice. 

Yeah, this can be Trained. And I talk about both the delivery AND the situation. If you are out of place or do not Understand social etiquette, best practice or even leave behind the jokes. It is a Gray area for sure with a lot of context and nuance.

EE: Energy Enabler. A positive, happy and uplifting person that makes you feel good and who wants you to succeed. They always cheer for you and they want to Believe in you. Makes you want to want to go around and affect other people in the same way. Often good looking and successful. 

EV: Energy Vampire. Someone who brings you down mentally and psychologically. Often they attack you passive aggressively or they use your attention to make themselves feel good. Hardly or never compliments you. You feel like all life has been sucked out of you when you interact with them.
