Yo yo dieting is a no no

I once remember waking up one day, feeling fat.

Believe me, it was one of the worst feelings I’ve ever gone through. My stomach was bloated, my clothes didn’t fit properly and I just wanted to lay down in bed and don’t get up that day. What was so weird was that the day yesterday I felt fine. 


Almost like I’d become fat overnight. 


Naturally that wasn’t what had happened. If I’m being totally honest, I’d been snacking a lot on various foods, especially sweets, soft drinks and general junk food. For several weeks. Yes, I’d been training and working out, but if you don’t have your diet sorted out, it’s going to come back and bite you in the rear end. 


Sooner or later. 

That I promise you. 

So what did I do? 


Well, I did what most people do or should do. I stopped eating all the bad food I’d eaten, I grabbed a hold of myself and I committed to eating healthy again. 


Slowly over time, my stomach shrank into a normal, healthy one again. 

Now, what’s the point here? 


The point is that the reason why I ate so much bad food was because I was bored and didn’t know what else to do. I ate because I didn’t have anything else to do and because I felt a sensation of hunger. 

One efficient way to potentially deal with that is to simply have a little mid day snack that keeps you feeling like you’re full and that’s preventing you from eating things you shouldn’t.
