Let’s first talk about being ‘worn out’ and ‘lacking energy’.
A lot of people simply don’t have what it takes. By that I mean they have all the time in the world. Literally tens of hours a day which they could’ve freed up to do whatever they pleased. Whatever that might be. Like working on a side hustle, study, learn a new language, learn how to play the guitar and so on.
Yet they choose to sit at home and complain and do nothing about it.
It’s weird because I literally have the opposite problem.
Not having enough hours during the day to do whatever I want.
It’s sort of like my ‘personal problem’ for the time being. By that I mean I genuinely cannot squeeze in more activities in my schedule during a normal day. To a lot of people this might sound odd. Who needs more hours during the day when it’s so boring and there’s nothing to do and they’re alone with their thoughts?
That’s exactly why they don’t get anywhere in life.
They have TOO MANY HOURS AND TOO LITTLE ACTIVITY which means they start thinking about all of these negative things.
I have TOO MUCH ACTIVITY AND TOO FEW HOURS which means I cannot think a single thought for long enough before I have to do something.
It’s really a ‘good’ problem to have, in all honesty, compared to what a lot of other people are going through.
Especially motivation wise.
Which brings me to the point of this email.
