10 ways to fix your motivation

1 ) Start doing something every day, especially on the days you don’t ‘feel like’ doing it. 

2)  Big cliché, but believe in yourself. 

3) Watch a Tony Robbins seminar (half joking).

4) Go out and meet people and add value to their lives. 

5) Stop watching Netflix and rather write or read something. 

6) Be kind to yourself if you’ve done the right things. 

7) Have a vision for what you want to do with your life.

8) Eat less junk food and sugar. 

9) Train regularly.
