3 Signs You May Have A Prostate Problem

One of the least discussed issues that men face, is complications related to their “Lil’ Herbie down there”.

And for the record, no, I’m not talking about physical intercourse or anything related to sexual activities. There are multiple ways to get Lil Herbie up and dancing, both physically and psychologically.

What I’m addressing here is a more personal and potentially dangerous issue that many men, especially those who are part of at-risk groups are facing;

Prostate problems.

That’s right.

A big part of life is to go take a leak. Sooner or later, what you drink or eat, needs to leave your body.

One of the ways that the body takes care of waste material is by producing urine.

It’s stored in your urine bladder and when there’s enough of it, you’ll feel nature calling, alerting you to take a leak.

But, when the prostate, which lies directly below the urine bladder, grows too big, things start happening.

Be especially wary of these symptoms:

  1. You’ll feel pain when you need to go pee.
  2. Even though you feel like peeing, there is hardly anything coming out. Only little droplets trickling down.
  3. You may have to use the restroom pretty much all day, preventing you from living a normal life.

A growing prostate is often the root of such problems.

As men grow, hormonal growth and certain other factors contribute to prostate growth. Meaning that just “taking a leak” is something that they’d rather avoid, because it’s so painful.

So, what can you do? If you have an enlarged prostate or you experience peeing problems, then what should you do?

Well, there are a number of different solutions.

You could take an Omega 3 supplement, or even eat fish. Salmon, sardins and trout can help shrinking the prostate. As do tomatoes.

It also helps drinking water. In fact, not drinking water to dehydrate yourself because you don’t want to pee is one of the worst things that you can do to yourself.
